As I just booked another stay, and was about to email the hotel, I noticed the fact sheet page, where the MARSHA hotel code could be added, thence providing various info bits (email...)has been off for a while now. It is still beyond me why Bonvoy would not publish the hotel's email, at least after one has already booked it yet still, how do you get the email without calling Bonvoy/the hotel?...
