As a new Platinum, I understand that I am eligible for an enhanced room upgrade, including suites.

I booked a suite for an upcoming stay. Does my Platinum status mean I will be eligible for a larger suite?

What if I would prefer my originally booked room? Would I be able to ask for any other benefit instead?
