Weird that the online claim process did not work for the e-ticket on my boarding pass? Just Errored on the BA website?
Not sure as our original outbound flight was cancelled and rescheduled had anything to do with it? The corresponding e-ticket was different to our inbound flights?
Hopefully BAMissingAvois will sorted out for us?
