There are lots of us who eat meat, but don't need to do so every meal.

After seeing some of the 'meat' served on airplanes, including in NW F, I often select the vegetarian pasta choice, despite the fact that I'm not vegetarian. From conversations with others, I'm not the only carnivore who does this.
