I count almost everyone on the link you posted as saying it’s Hyatt’s policy not to credit it to the past year regardless of whether you agree with it or not. On top of this all of these were pre-COVID the playing field has changed vastly in this time. My response from Hyatt Concierge from literally today states all credit goes to the new year and no adjustments will be made…
