I am flying Europe-HND-USA with NH, I have a 7 hour transit in Haneda.

I know I need a test for entering USA, I have booked an antigen test the same day as my departure from Europe.

If I have understood correctly I dont need a PCR test to board the NH flights as I am not entering Japan, and therefore the rules of the destination country is in effect?

Is this correct?
