Hyatt Cancun Caribe, no longer a Hyatt. Category 1 with a separate Regency Club building hosting the best morning and evening buffet I've seen at any Hyatt. Oceanfront rooms, some at ground level where you can just walk out to the beach. Fabulous newly remodeled rooms after a hurricane leveled the building a couple years earlier. Best 12k points/night redemption ever.
