The online form promises to send me an email with a reference number but it doesn't. I've emailed directly but had no reply. The call centre just refers me back to email. Has anyone had any luck in using other methods to get through to them? The wallet has cards with my number in them and this seems like a very inefficient process! Also, what timescales did people experience when using the call centres and email? Whatsapp said to give them 3 days and follow up but that seems a long time! TIA
Have you logged a lost property report with Heathrow airport. If it was found at Heathrow when the aircraft was cleaned it would have usually been handed to the airport lost property service.

At LHR it's handled by missingx.
