That's the other way around I think .. taking a French car into Switzerland as the French car (probably) won't have the sticker on it for the Swiss Motorways - tolling in Switzerland ( and Austria and ? ) is not paying at a toll booth as you drive but rather buying a pass for a time period which is then displayed on your car and entitles you to use any motorway for the validity of that pass.

Taking a Swiss car into France shouldn't matter from this perspective as French motorway tolling doesn't work like this.
