QR0015 LHR lost property nightmare
Hi, I flew back to Heathrow on Tuesday and on the way home realised that I'd misplaced my wallet somewhere between the Doha lounge and getting off the plane. (Possibly in the overhead locker) HIA have confirmed it hasn't been handed in there. Trying to get a response from Qatar has been impossible. The online form promises to send me an email with a reference number but it doesn't. I've emailed directly but had no reply. The call centre just refers me back to email. Has anyone had any luck in using other methods to get through to them? The wallet has cards with my number in them and this seems like a very inefficient process! Also, what timescales did people experience when using the call centres and email? Whatsapp said to give them 3 days and follow up but that seems a long time! TIA
