How to Contact SQ: Locked out of Krisflyer Account
So, I have an existing Krisflyer account (I was even Gold once, back in the days that 100% of any United miles flown credited). But I haven't signed in in like 3 years, and in the meantime I've both forgotten my password, and lost access to the email account linked with my Krisflyer account so I can't reset it. In fact, I might have even not accessed my account since the 6-digit PINs were discontinued...
Anyway, Krisflyer isn't letting me create an account with the same name and different email (fair), so I've been trying to contact Singapore Airlines' Krisflyer customer service, so far w/o success. I'm based in the USA, has anyone else had this issue and how were you able to contact them to fix this kind of issue? Would love to use the 250k *A Gold transfer bonus!
