So looking at the Wiki, it sounds like none of the trip delay/cancellation/interruption would cover anything involving Covid.

For instance, you test negative before you have to return from your trip overseas and you have to quatrain for a week or 10 days.

The Wiki refers to prepaid expenses, no NEW expenses.

So having to incur more hotel expenses to quarantine would not be covered. In any event, Trip Delay has a maximum of $500 coverage while Trip Cancellation and Interruption can go up to $10k per trip.

But an unplanned quarantine, which would involve addition hotel and food expenses would not be covered.

However, you'd obviously have to change your flight and while there are no longer change fees, the fare differences can be significant, especially something like a premium cabin fare.

Would it cover those?

Generally travel insurance policies exclude things like pandemics (epidemics). Now they're offering language to specifically cover Covid-related expenses for additional premiums. But one would think the Chase insurance would be more generic and certainly have provisions set before the pandemic?
