Transfer to airline or hotel partners requires a Premier (or legacy Prestige or Chairman) card. It wouldn't be mentioned in the description of other cards because it isn't available unless we -also- hold one of the cards with this feature. (With the exception, there is always an exception, of transfers to JetBlue which are available from free cards at an inferior ratio.)
