QR 529 on 20 Jan cancelled 2 hours after sched takeoff. Gate staff completely incommunicado. Not even using mic to make announcements. Talking to only those passengers that push their way to the front of the scrum. Told us to come back in 24 hours but it’s an intl flight and we’re already through immigration. Zero information on how to re-enter the country, coming back through immigration. Just called QR twice and neither CSR knew the flight was cancelled. QR is this really you?
