I wish they would settle on a service standard and stick with it. A PDB with snack mix or biscoff seems like a reasonable standard for a short flight.
This. I've seen two QX FAs do a full service with a refill for everyone who wanted it on RDM-PDX, which is a shorter flight. This is a cost cutting measure, not a time issue.
