Flying in "J" next week on the non-stop to Singapore. Got an email to book meal selections today. The website shows two meals (called "Supper" and "Ala Carte") each with both fixed menu and "Book-the-Cook" choices. None of these offer anything remotely like breakfast items. I assumed that the second meal would be served about half way through the 18 hour flight after people had slept. If so, it seemed like breakfast would be served for the second meal. Anyone have first hand experience with this?
