Immersive 3d seat maps seem to be the way of the future and there are a couple of resources I have found which are dipping their toes into this area.

FlightStickies is an iOS app (available free of charge from the Apple App Store) which has 3d seat maps for American Airlines, United, Delta, Southwest, JetBlue, Alaska, Hawaiian, Spirit, Frontier, Air Canada, British Airways, Lufthansa, Singapore, Emirates, Qatar, KLM, Korean, JAL, ANA, Virgin Atlantic, Porter, and Qantas

SeatMaps.com has a few 360° interactive seat maps including BA's A380. The accuracy of the maps are questionable but they do a nice job scene setting.
