An update: I tried twice w/agents to get the refund, but was politely told no both time.
No problem, as stated from T&C, this was ok
However, the flight we were on ended up being cancelled (IAH-LAX, 787 with 300+ passengers i assume), so on re-schedule, they indicated it was fine and they';d refund the $240
Because of the cancellation, Mr CASEMINOLE and i were lucky to get two seats together on a flight two hours later than scheduled, although in E-
