I have transferred Avios from BA to Iberia in October. It worked. Then BA updated their executive thing in November. Since then, I cannot transfer Avios from BA to Iberia. I have written emails to BA, received an answer, asking for more information (screen shots etc...) which I sent then as well. So far no answer. I tried again today, it does not work. I have been waiting now for more than two months to transfer these points so that I can make a booking. What else can I do? (Pulling from Iberia also does not work, but that has never worked).
