Agree Raffles assessment. IC PL is a solid all rounder.

On a few occasions I've ended up at HI Regents Park ..... and the higher end rooms have been very comfortable and well appointed. Genuinely surprised and pleased.

I don't know the category of room but was a reasonable size, on high level and looked near new to me. RA treatment also very good save for the normal 1 drink voucher nonsense.

Not sure the hotel has much content other than that but all in all a few good stays there.

Location wise .... it's OK, not a million miles off the beaten track but not as convenient as other addresses.
