I was actually running into this as weel just yesterday. EMD issued in May '20. Tried to use online and got an error. Called QR this morning and the lady on the line confirmed that my voucher was stil valid but online booking wouldn't work. She offered to help me with the booking right away and my booking was made in 20 minutes from the start of the call. Issueing wil take up to 48h + an new EMD for the unused value of the voucher. My call was picked up straight aways as well.

Thanks for your feedback, it is somehow reassuring. Let's see how it goes when I call them, that I don't have to wait too long. Did you call the Doha number? Or your local one?
