I don't really use it but retained it in case JPM upped their game vs. Amex Cent. I used to find that my card details were compromised several times a year if I used it on a regular basis. That has since stopped.
This card, even in the original Pd version, was never meant to compete with Amex Centurion. The price structures are completely different as are the customer bases. The Chase card is for people with a lot of liquid assets while the Amex card is for people who spend a lot even if they don't really have a lot of liquid assets.
