The ATS (people mover train) is back up and running 10:30am-10:30pm (buses at other times). You'll clear customs at T5 and take the train to T1 or T2 where you will go through security for your onward flight.

T-90 door opens
T-85 exit plane
T-80 in line for passport control
T-70 clear passport control
T-65 at ATS platform
T-55 at T1
T-50 in TSA line
T-45 clear of TSA
T-35 at gate
T-15 door closes
Just to confirm I made the connection, albeit tight.

T-90 a/c at the gate but waited ground staff to connect the bridge
T-80 exit plane
T-77 in line for passport control
T-57 clear passport control (took time because of somehow long moving queues but also because officer took much time with the person in front of me)
T-52 at ATS platform (didn't have to wait)
T-42 at T1/T2
T-40 in TSA line (Premier)
T-25 clear of TSA
T-22 at gate (B10, I might had to run a bit with my shoe laces off. I arrived when boarding was still in process)
T+15 delay with a bit take-off
