Really odd position here.

I think we pretty much established earlier in the thread that the villas are only being used for friends of the owners/managers or for influencers, and that the construction is likely a ruse. Par for the course in PR if so. At one point early last year, though, the villas were available for sale on hyatt.com for 10-11 months out. So, who knows.
