Last LHW experience was Oct., booked an entry level room at the Ritz London with points and was upgraded to a 1BR suite. LHW Sterling. I am Bonvoy Ambassador, IHG Spire and Hilton Gold. I get nothing from Hilton, have NEVER received a suite upgrade from IHG and it's a mixed bag with Marriott. LHW consistently give me great upgrades, and if you spend any appreciable # of nights at their properties, hitting the $5k for Sterling is incredibly easy. Great program.
