For me the same since November 2021. Created several cases and waited for so long, they keep telling me they are working on it. I'm out of patience, complaint to SERNAC today. Hope they could do something to this piece of crap company.

Not only LATAM is ........, most companies in Chile are all ........, horrible customer service, every single small problem requires lots of bureaucratic procedures which takes weeks til months
