Going to Google Flights and selecting SkyTeam in the airlines comes up with itineraries, albeit the last leg is on TransAvia. Note that TransAvia-operated, AF/KL-coded will not earn on DL. Not sure if that is a concern, but OP was extremely stingy with details...
