Here is an interesting development. In my online booking the flight number changed from QR663 to WY663 and it now says operated by Oman Air.
On Qatar's web site it's sold as QR663 but also with designation Operated by Oman Air.
I suspect catering might be from QR but the crew from WY.
This flight is not sold on Oman's website.
