That actually sounds really good! Spinach is the *only* green veggie I can eat, and generally with lots of cream. My love for spinach probably stems from those old Popeye cartoons?

LOL...Especially when it comes to all thing culinary, I'm always open to new ideas! This way of having pork is game changer for me where it eliminates what was my prior issue, namely that I find well done meats too dry. Nothing wrong with well done for those who prefer it, but it's just not for me.
