Did you use the DL app or the AM app to show your boarding pass/select seats/see upgrade list?
Were you upgraded at the gate on day of departure or upgraded several days in advance?

I dont remember who ticketed the ticket but it doesn't matter. If you have status on either you will be put in the queue for upgrade. Both carriers upgrade regardless of who issued the ticket.
