No, that’s not the case. Four Band 4 flights in the past week, none of them mentioned the fleet-wide “fault” until passengers started complaining about individual sockets not working and then each crew admitted it’s a systemic issue. It’s nothing to do with whether the aircraft is fitted with power in theory, it’s to do with the unadvertised switch-off. Please read upthread.
