The NEO's have a different in-seat power system to the CEO's, the on-seat power was fitted by airbus when the cabin was installed. This is part of the reason why there are no tables in CE on the NEO's, the system available as a line-fit from Airbus was incompatible with the mechanism of the console table. Hence why the NEOs are unaffected.
