I didn’t say it was “too much to handle” just that wearing a mask constantly would not be enjoyable as a feature of (an expensive) vacation. We currently wear masks at work and in all public places but doing that while a tourist and with all the activities of being a tourist is a different matter entirely. On our last trip to Japan that would’ve involved 10 hours of near constant mask wearing every day. Not how I want to spend my vacation. I’d much rather postpone a year or two. I’m leaning toward that move at this point.
