We head to LIR tuesday (weather permitting from JFK) and will be at the W Thurs-Sun. 150k points. Was turned off by the Tripadvisor reviews of the JW. Had considered the El Mangroove (thanks to Marriott Bonvoy Lurker for connecting me with the El Mangroove folks) but ultimately settled on the W due to its two pools, reviews, and walkability to a nearby town. Booked garden view, SNA to Ocean view with balcony cleared yesterday.
