Are phone agents able to handle this reasonably well? Two of my recent stays in Thailand have not posted, and one posted but was mysteriously withdrawn two weeks later ("Account Regularization"). Trying to figure out if it's easiest/fastest to call or send in requests through their website. Thanks in advance.
