The TRC worked perfectly for me.

January 4: SFO-SYD. The link with Trust Assure was perfect. No issues with check in.

January 16 return: SYD-SFO it took around 30 mins for the uploaded documents to be approved and then I was able to check in.

Check in agent still needed to verify at the airport.
