As a *G with A3 and a Silver with BA I like the extra baggage, lounge access, guesting ability and "faster" responses when dealing with customer service. I achieved these levels with economy and premium economy, BUT after several unexpected upgrades to Business, I now try to fly Business on long hauls because of the additional comfort.
