I booked 4 nights for next October, sometime back in early December. Got an amazing rate of 187.- with my corporate code. Checked back regarding rate development and the rates have increased by 81$.
It is so worthwhile to book early in advance.

Interestingly - all suites are not showing available, even when I booked in December. that is weird. GH Tampa Bay has always been generous so far in giving suite upgrades. Will check with MHC on options.
