Funny you bring this up - some friends are at the neighboring Auberge and texted me about these two hotels yesterday, and told me that the St. Regis and EDITION are progressing but are probably 9 to 12 months away from completion.

I remember reading how both hotels are targeting openings in late 2022, so this sounds about right.
