Looking through this thread and it seems most people have questions related to traveling from Hawaii to the mainland. I have a revenue F ticket ORD-HNL, and would like to book a connecting HNL-LIH in Y on HA 90 minutes after arrival. From my reading I believe I should be able to get my bags ticketed through so I don't have to exit security at HNL. Is this correct? I will get free bags on United, but should I expect to pay for the HNL-LIH leg?
