I asked if I could reserve it over the phone and they would not do it because they can't see any available PE seats.

I would prefer not to change the website to another country because I don't know how that could affect us. Also, the web support guy that is based in the UK told me that I would need to use a cc from that country.

Thank you for your help! I hope eventually AA will become aware of this problem. Maybe others will call when they try to reserve their flight.
