Yes, the seat map might be outdated. They usually update QR818 first, and then update QR817 in the last minuate. In fact, it is a bit too early to confirm which type is actually going to operate. The highest record of switching aircraft type on this route is 6 times.

QR Cargo updated yesterday showing QR818 is getting A350, so it is possibly to get an aircraft switch again.
