Could you not use the callback service? I personally find this very useful when calling American, to hold my place in the queue and be called back so I can get on with other things.
I’m not sure if this is just a EXP thing or higher elite level thing so apologies if it is, and you don’t have that status.
I was going to ask if this would be so complicated for BA to implement in its call centres, but I guess I already know the answer to that question before asking it….. 🙄
