Had a crazy check-in experience today at Tampa for a trip to the UK with an AA agent who refused to accept Verifly despite a large sign sat atop her desk advertising Verifly to speed through the airport process. She claimed her manager had told her not to accept it but to request and review all documentation manually. Her colleague overheard and told her to accept the green Verifly tick but she wouldn't do it.
