My December 10 interview on arrival was not recorded on the system, and my application expired Jan 7. Following advice here, I tried calling the interview location (PHL) but just got an answering machine. I had emailed the week before to ask what was happening, and called the number on the autoresponse:

To get to the Global Entry application assistance: 1 for English; 1 for travel into the US/trusted traveler programs; 3 for trusted traveler programs; 1 for GE application. I recommend calling first thing in the morning before the phone queue has time to build up.
They took the details and said 3-8 weeks to resolve. Soon afterwards, I got a note that my email ticket had been canceled, which seems like a good thing: the two queries found each other in the system. I have a new ticket number from the phone call.
