As of two weeks ago ...

The Preferente Check-in Area is still accessible, but no one is there, signage is down, and you don't know there's nothing going on there until you go up the elevator, as there are no signs downstairs that the place has been abandoned.

In the regular check-in area, there was a Preferente / Business / Premium Economy line. But then for the exit procedures, you go through the regular large line.

Finding the lounge isn't the easiest thing with the current procedures.
