I am assuming you were travelling international. I can only give pre-Covid advice, but I am still of the belief that the international Latam lounge is open. This lounge/security access was at the very north end of the checkin floor, going up one level from the main departures area. Just a pair of customs agents, but all very quick. Vastly superior to mainstream security. And with access straight into the Latam lounge. Mainstream police would have no idea of this.

Maybe this has changed though now with Covid?
