Complaint marked as solved with zero response
I’ve used their Zendesk facility to raise a complaint but the case is marked as closed. When I reopen it’s again closed.
I live in the UK but the dispute concerns a return flight from Amsterdam.
I’m familiar with Cedr and competent at using the small claim courts or Money Claim online, however, I’m not sure either of these options are available to me as I can’t see that Qatar work with Cedr and I’m not sure if I can use proceedings the the UK courts for a flight that originated from Holland.
With this in mind, might someone know what legal avenues I could use ? Maybe a Dutch court service I’m not familiar with?
