but you still need the stupidly expnsive adaptor if you fly some other airlines (CO, UAL for e.g.) so you end up carrying the stupidly expensive adaptor + your UK power brick + a US 3 pin adaptor plug just in case.

I wish people would standardise (on the stupidly expensive adaptor now that I've got one!!!)
