Crediting flights: Etihad Guest or partner airline?

I am going to fly a few times between EU and UAE and some other countries this year (probably India, Australia, Singapore, some Middle East countries), and at least a few of them will probably be on Etihad because I like them. I looked at Etihad Guest, and I can't tell if it's a good program or not. My biggest interest is using the miles earned to upgrade, but I can't find the info about upgrade "prices" in miles. I also checked for their bid for upgrade range using miles, but they won't display it unless you sign in to Etihad Guest and I am not decided yet if I want to credit my flight with them or with one of my other FF accounts (I have miles in AA, Asiana, KLM).

Is Etihad Guest a good program for someone who flies a lot, but on very different routes (no routine)? Since loyalty programs are almost worthless for someone like me with no travel routine and no preferred alliance, I want to credit my flights to the FFP that gives me the best bang for my bucks (miles).
